Top Ten Tuesdays #7: My Favorite Authors

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/meme created by The Broke & the Bookish. Here we list our top ten picks for the topic.

This week's topic is:
Rewind: Pick a past topic you have already done or missed

Since this is only my 7th TTT, I have missed quite a few of the past topics so I chose to do My Favorite Authors.

Jennifer Armentrout: I absolutely love JLA. I have read all of her books, some multiple times and I look forward to every new release.

Addison Moore: Addison is such an exceptional writer and she creates some of the most amazing imagery of any author I have read.

Patricia Cornwell: I have been reading The Scarpetta Series since I was in high school. I love that Patricia Cornwell is still writing them!

Sandra Brown: Sandra is another author that I have been reading since high school and I have never read one I didn't like. Her mix of mystery and adult romance is fabulous.

Laury Falter- I just discovered Laury's books last year but she is a fantastic YA writer and I look forward to her future books.

Dan Brown- After I read The DaVinci Code, I had to read more and I loved every one of his books.

J.K. Rowling- Harry Potter, enough said! :-)

Cassandra Clare- I just read my first Cassandra Clare book and instantly fell in love with her writing.

Ann Rinaldi- I really enjoy historical fiction and Ann Rinaldi writes amazing YA historical fiction novels.  Finishing Becca is one of my all time favorite books.

Katie McGarry- Absolutely love her writing and her books. I became a fan for life after the first chapter I ever read.

What are some of your favorite authors? Do you absolutely love anyone on this list as much as I do?

  2. I still have yet to read Dan Brown. I'm trying new genre's this year and I really think I'd like him. I just read some Stieg Larsson and I imagine Brown to be somewhat like him. But, better!
