This week's question:
Tell us about the most emotional scene you've ever read in a book- and how did you react?
Wow, this is a tough one because I can think of so many books that have pulled emotions out of me and I have cried too many times to count. When I read Reckoning, the third book in Laury Falter's Guardian Trilogy, there was a death scene that was so unexpected that I swear my heart stopped beating. Tears sprang to my eyes as I read the scene. I stopped breathing and I swear I was in a 30 second daze before I pulled myself together and decided I had to finish the book right then so that I can find out how it ended.

The first book is a little slow getting into but the second and third book were really great!
DeleteI love crying while reading a book. I have taken writing classes on how to make the reader cry and the answer is always the same: the character is not allowed to cry.
