Sunday's Selection: Blackbrooke

Every Sunday, I would like to spotlight a book of the week as my Sunday Selection to read for the upcoming week. I usually read 2-3 books per week but I want to spotlight one each Sunday that I plan to read that week and post the review before the next Sunday selection. This week's selection is:

The residents of Blackbrooke share their town with the Creatures, or Crits as they are known. Grotesque, roaming the streets at night looking for food, their presence means humans have to live by the Rules, keeping them indoors and forbidding them of basic desires.

Blackbrooke is a Young Adult horror novel that has you on the edge of your seat

I don't normally read horror novels but I am always open to checking out new books and genres so I am looking forward to reading this novel and expanding my genre list. I'll let you know what I think this week.
